Guests arrive just before the morning parrot activity, where they can observe five species, including parrots, parakeets, and macaws. Following this, a trail leads to the Kichwa Interpretation Center “Kuri Muyu,” managed by local women, providing insights into Kichwa culture and opportunities to purchase local handicrafts. The excursion then proceeds to the second parrot and parakeet clay lick through the Terra Firme Forest, offering glimpses of various bird and mammal species depending on weather conditions.
